Hello! My name is Nicole Frantz, and this will be my sixth year at Kasson-Mantorville Schools as the Elementary School Social Worker. As the School Social Worker, I work with many different students, teachers and families to help make school a positive and successful experience for all. I work with students in an effort to increase their social-emotional skills in a variety of settings including their classrooms, small groups and on an individual basis. I can also provide outside resources for support to students and their families (ie: referrals to things such as therapy and family services, financial assistance programs, and other community resources).
